We're currently seeking skilled individuals for several openings as Maintenance Technicians at properties in locations including Luling, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, and Harlingen. A number of our properties are currently undergoing updates and improvements, including: the construction of a new community center at Montabella Pointe, San Antonio; renovations to all units and buildings at Guild Park Apartments, also in San Antonio; and total reconstruction of the property as well at Hacienda Senior (formerly LULAC Hacienda) Apartments, Corpus Christi.
LIHTC funding has been awarded for the development of The Palms at Leopard, Corpus Christi, TX. This project has been a long-time effort by HCS to supplant its Northside Apartments community with an enhanced living environment for current and future residents.
