Individuals and families interested in living at any of our quality affordable housing properties in Texas must meet several requirements:

• Earn less than 51% of the area median income (AMI) or be either at or below “low or very low-come limits, published by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD, see www.hud.gov for details).
• Pay rent and other housing obligations in a timely manner.
• Maintain their apartment in a safe, decent, and clean condition.
• Be considerate of the rights of other tenants to enjoy a safe, quiet and comfortable community environment.
• Adhere to all terms and regulations specified by your lease.
